Welcome to my blog.  For those of you I haven’t had the privilege of meeting yet, my name is Jerry Shaffer and I am the founding pastor and one of the teaching pastors at The Well.  I want to create another way for people to engage God and our community and I thought this may be the best fit for some.  Here I want to encourage you to ask question, speak your mind, and find community.  It is my sincerest hope that threw this blog we will grow towards God and each other.  

If there are ever things that you would like us to look at specifically on this site let me know and I will do my best to allow you to help navigate this process with me.

I will probably only be posting once a week, but I will try to get out here and check the comments and questions a lot more often.
